You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to return an item

Email adrianjesussanchezviera2610@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll send you the return address. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, send us a photo at adrianjesussanchezviera2610@gmail.com. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, and you won’t need to send it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 14 days of receiving your return or approving your claim.

If you buy from the European Union you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
